Terms of Service

Effective June 2026

These terms govern your use of Throndar, a product of TRELYAN. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The service

Throndar is a governed, multi-model AI you can verify. It generates answers from AI models and signs each answer with post-quantum cryptography so you can confirm the answer's origin and integrity. The service, its features, and limits may change over time.

Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 16 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Throndar. You're responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful, or to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes others' rights; • attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or bypass the security or rate limits of the service; • resell or redistribute the service except as a plan expressly permits; • misrepresent a signed answer's meaning (see “What the signature proves” below).

AI output — no professional advice

AI answers can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Throndar is not a substitute for a qualified professional, and nothing it produces is legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating and independently verifying answers before relying on them. You use AI output at your own risk.

What the signature proves (and what it doesn't)

Throndar's post-quantum provenance signature proves authenticity and integrity: that Throndar produced that exact text and that not one character was altered after signing. It does notprove the content is true, correct, or fit for any purpose. “Verified” means “genuinely from Throndar, unaltered” — not “factually accurate.” Don't present a verified answer as a guarantee of truth.

Your content

You keep all rights to the prompts and files you submit. You grant us only the limited license needed to operate the service for you — process your input to generate answers, store your history, and provide features you use. We do not use your conversations to train models. You can export and erase your data from Account → Data & privacy. As between you and us, you own the answers generated for you, subject to these terms and applicable law.

Payment, plans & refunds

Paid plans and credits are billed through our payment processors (e.g. Stripe). Subscriptions renew for the stated period until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access through the period you paid for. Prices may change with notice for future periods. Except where required by law or expressly stated for a plan, fees are non-refundable. Taxes (e.g. VAT) may apply.

Third-party services

The service relies on third parties (hosting, database, the model bridge, payment processors) described in our Privacy Policy. Your use may also be subject to their terms. We're not responsible for third-party services we don't control.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRELYAN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. payment owed, disclaimers, liability limits) survive.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TRELYAN is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. (The specific governing law and venue are to be confirmed by TRELYAN's counsel.) We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use means you accept them.
